Earth Home (Pakistan) Investment & Development is a strategic initiative by the Earth Home Group, leveraging over 45 years of global expertise in construction technology, smart housing systems, mineral resource development, and advanced industrial solutions, to drive Pakistan’s economic growth and urban transformation. Through joint ventures with government authorities and business partners, the project plans to invest $3–10 billion over 3–5 years in high-impact sectors including earthquake-resilient real estate, smart cities, industrial parks, ultra-high-strength steel manufacturing, placer gold and copper mining, and corporate agriculture. Flagship projects include 28–40 story skyscrapers in Islamabad, the Nawaz Sharif IT City, and the Central Business District in Lahore, alongside the establishment of Pakistan Digital Building Intelligent Technology Parks and a National Construction Research Institute. By introducing China’s advanced housing industrialization technology, Earth Home aims to create sustainable, green, and technologically advanced infrastructure, generate over a million jobs, localize supply chains, and establish Pakistan as a hub for intelligent whole-house industry and high-value economic development.
